Howard came up to meet me for the weekend and we thought I would have made it to the Bridge of Orchy, but after cutting yesterday’s stage short because of the thunderstorms, I was 10km behind schedule! Today was long enough so I took the train from Tyndrum to meet him at the Bridge of Orchy and we would make our way back to Tyndrum the next morning to continue the trail where I left off.
- West Highland Way day 4, Inversnaid bunkhouse to Tyndrum
What a stunning walk. I think I am going to have to add it to my list for when we return to the UK one day. Thanks for all the info.. Mel
