It was still raining when I arrived in Inverness, so while drinking a coffee and dram of whisky opposite Inverness Castle at the Castle Tavern, I decided rather than stay here in the rain, I would take the next train to Aviemore and walk the Speyside Way, which I knew nothing of, other than it wasn’t a very long walk…
